Personal Pensions Management Limited (PPML) was a leading SIPP administrator specialising in third party pensions.  Last year the business was acquired by the Capita Group and re-branded Capita SIP Services.

The HR team have a proactive programme to gain feedback from employees, to ascertain employee views and gauge the impact of various initatives on productivity and morale.

For the second year running they have asked QEB to host  their online employee satisfaction survey, using the Q-Surveys service. 

The solution incorporated the creation and deployment of the online survey.  Subsequent online results analysis enabled HR to gauge employee views easily, quickly and efficiently.

The survey had to be highly accessible and easy to complete.
